Delivery is a huge part of their business and Eyal is constantly looking for ways to improve this arm of the business. For them, Sauce fills a huge need of both expertise and time. In fact Eyal admits, “Without the support and the side by side help [that Sauce provides] with every problem and every difficulty, I don’t think I would even do delivery.” Since working with Sauce, the restaurant’s direct delivery orders have gone up over 70%.
Host Chris Romain explains that working with the third party delivery companies has been a huge struggle.
